  • Increase your core strength

    Our Tone classes help improve core strength and function. Core strength is the centre of the body from which all movement stems. It is a key factor in decreasing back and hip pain, decreasing pelvic floor dysfunction, and is the area from which explosive movement derives.

  • Boost your energy

    Due to its low impact nature, our Tone classes will leave you feeling energised. By focusing on your breath, it will stimulate feel-good hormones, oxygen flow and blood circulation.

  • Prevent injuries

    Our Tone classes balance the muscles of your body so that they are neither too loose or too tight. This develops your dynamic strength, which means you are better able to support and stabilise your joints while moving.

Get strong, and have fun along the way.

This is a zero impact class where we will focus on all the muscles we want to activate with each exercise and work on correct technique and postural alignment, finishing off with pilates mat work and stretch. This class is safe for postnatal injuries; we will apply whatever modifications are needed.
