Pilates Mat Work
Pilates exercises work to strengthen the ‘core’, lengthen the spine and build muscle tone and increase body awareness, co-ordination and improve posture and flexibility.

Tone & Tone Express
Tone is a resistance training class using dumbbells with the added benefit of a strong Pilates Influence and some funky beats throughout the class.
Tone Express is a dynamic 45 minute full body workout using dumbbells with a strong pilates influence. Get ready to sweat and have fun while listening to cool beats! Strengthen your entire body in a safe and functional manner.

Postnatal Pilates
By strengthening your core, your recovery will be faster and more effective after child birth. The class will:
Rehabilitate the pelvic floor, abdominals and spinal muscles
Tone your body and regain strength
Help with the recovery of Rectus Diastus (abdominal separation)
Improve posture and flexibility and well being.
Reduce neck and back pain.
Bubs are welcome to join the class

Dynamic Pilates
Dynamic pilates is a 45 minute intense full body workout, focussing on correct alignment and technique.
This class is 45 minutes in duration.

Barre Attack
Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. It’s an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.

Prenatal Pilates
Practicing Pilates during your pregnancy will strengthen your abdominals, back & pelvic muscles to assure that you’re more comfortable during your pregnancy and labour. Learning the Pilates principles of Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath & Flow will help during your pregnancy and birth of your baby.

Stretch class
Stretch class is suitable to all ages and abilities. From the office worker who suffers from neck, shoulder and hip tightness, to the tradie with a tight lower back, or adults and teens that play sport or go to the gym but don’t stretch enough and risk injury.
You will increase flexibility which will help you improve your posture, reduce aches and pains in your body and have you moving better in your day to day activities.
This class is 45 minutes in duration.
