    Barre attack will improves you balance and stability not only through core strengthening, but with its strong focus on alignment and whole body exercises. You will increase your balance and stability in a functional way, allowing you to move better and perform other activities better.

  • Improve your body posture and awareness

    Pilates is a mind-body practice that enhances proprioception, or body awareness. Barre attack focuses on the full body’s alignment, ideal range of motion at the joints, and a balance of all opposing muscles. It improves posture by bringing awareness to your alignment and strengthening neglected postural muscles.

  • Improve your flexibility and mobility

    Barre attack will keep you moving with smooth transitions between precise, slow and controlled movements. This will improves strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Attack the legs, butt, thighs and arms.

This class has a strong focus on correct postural alignment and correct technique while strengthening and toning with non impact cardio intervals, and finishing off with mat pilates and stretch. We will be doing a full body workout using pilates balls, therabands, dumbbells, and sometimes loop bands and sliders. All while listening to some fun tunes!
