    Get your heart rate up, burn calories and tone your body while hanging out with your bub.

  • Strength & conditioning

    By incorporating resistance training through body weight and other equipment such as small weights or resistance bands, you will build good muscular strength, stability, and endurance.

  • Core work

    Core strength is the centre of the body from which all movement stems. It is a key factor in decreasing back and hip pain, decreasing pelvic floor dysfunction, and is the area from which explosive movement derives.

  • Flexibility training

    Through focussed stretching with precise, slow and controlled movements, you will improve your strength, flexibility and mobility.

An hour long session that will provide you with an all over body workout.

This class is a zero impact combination class of our tone and barre attack classes, outdoors, and with you bubs. We will be working on strength, conditioning and endurance, using a mix of pilates balls, therabands, dumbbells, loop bands and sliders. We will focus on correct technique, postural alignment to activate all the desired muscles. We finish each class with some mat pilates and stretching exercises. All along to some funky beats.

Safe for postnatal injuries, with adjustments if needed!

TO PACK: your mat or towel, and bottle of water and some sports shoes.
