Tone is a resistance training class using dumbbells with the added benefit of a strong Pilates Influence and some funky beats throughout the class.

Under the close supervision of your instructor, you will achieve a complete body workout.

This is a well rounded program designed to improve joint function, tendon and ligament strength, bone density and of course your muscle tone.

Tone will help to raise your metabolic rate which can result in lowering the risk of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and lowering body fat percentage.
