We will be working on strength, conditioning and endurance, using a mix of pilates balls, therabands, dumbbells, loop bands and sliders. We will focus on correct technique, postural alignment to activate all the desired muscles. We finish each class with some mat pilates and stretching exercises. All along to some funky beats. Safe for postnatal injuries, with adjustments if needed! TO PACK: your mat or towel, and bottle of water and some sports shoes.</image:caption>
