Mum’s & Bub’s Outdoor Fitness

The Outdoor Fitness Sessions are an hour long and will provide each participant with an ALL OVER BODY workout. This includes cardio, strength and conditioning, core work and flexibility training.

The sessions are designed to progressively get mums back into exercise and staying active in a safe and fun environment.
Even if you don’t have children, you are more than welcome to join.

When: Wednesdays 10.15am – 11.15am
